For an organization to achieve the greatest results, an employee's competence to complete the job assigned and their willingness to want to perform the task must be in balance.     1. Employees are motivated in many ways, but some things make them negative. In my experience, too much oversight puts too much stress on employees. The work environment should be stress free. The more freely employees work, the more likely they are to complete their target.
