The word "motivation" refers to an
employee's determination to succeed in their new status. Workers that are
motivated are much more likely to work hard and do a good job. Employee
motivation is essential for attracting, developing, and increasing overall
productivity in an organization.
Having a motivated workforce delivers a number of
benefits, including fewer absenteeism, employee engagement, and low staff turnover,
better management relations, improved worker performance, improved quality, and
enhanced customer service.
Employees are taking fewer days off for illnesses or
other reasons, leading to lower absenteeism. Employees who are engaged are more
likely to return to work rather than take a couple of days off.

is important for businesses since long-term employees have much more experience
and reduce recruitment costs. Also, there is a reduced need for training.

Employee motivation is a good method take full attention of employment. Motivated employee work with efficiency. It will help to reach the company goals easily. In addition to that the motivated employees work with him self. Some times he will do works over his employment frame. It is not good for organisation

Through this, the negative things in an organization are automatically avoided. As you say, even the attendance of employees is at a happy level. In my experience, we get a "good attendance allowance" for the monthly salary of the company we work for. So for that we restrict taking leave. We now understand that it is also a good employee motivation method.

So a person in the executive level then expects more benefits from the company due to their experience and experience. There is no simple way to motivate them. An executive level person does not have to be motivated I think.
