The word "motivation" refers to an employee's determination to succeed in their new status. Workers that are motivated are much more likely to work hard and do a good job. Employee motivation is essential for attracting, developing, and increasing overall productivity in an organization.

 

Having a motivated workforce delivers a number of benefits, including fewer absenteeism, employee engagement, and low staff turnover, better management relations, improved worker performance, improved quality, and enhanced customer service.

    1. Through this, the negative things in an organization are automatically avoided. As you say, even the attendance of employees is at a happy level. In my experience, we get a "good attendance allowance" for the monthly salary of the company we work for. So for that we restrict taking leave. We now understand that it is also a good employee motivation method.

In HR point of view some people are auto motivation people that they work and happy someone come to office and work with friends and happy as a company we need only very small push to mortivate them but some employees are very serious and high planned system need to mortivate them with high budget..specially in executive grade and above..

    1. Those things happen based on experience, right? As the job progresses with experience, the demand for them increases. They receive more invitations from other companies . So a person in the executive level then expects more benefits from the company due to their experience and experience. There is no simple way to motivate them. An executive level person does not have to be motivated I think.
