06. Importance of Motivation in the work place

 

An employee with a constant motivation to work and produce results might be a source of motivation. Employees use this type of motivation to improve their feelings and achieve their goals. External motivation, and from the other hand, uses an external stimulus such as a reward to promote an employee's happiness and desire to work. Employees work in exchange for reward for their efforts, as is customary, but how far they go depends on how motivated they are.

 

Individuals are motivated by their desire to perform and give services to clients, as well as the mandate to do good. Workplace performance is directly related to a worker's wages, which the individual may not have responsibility on even though it is external. Other from cash rewards, there are other external factors that can impact employee motivation, such as job advancement, job security, and salary increases. As a result, in need for organizations to continue to exist and keep their workforce, they must continue to develop techniques that can help in motivating their employees.

 

A motivated worker is hard to keep. That saves the employer money on employee turnover. It also motivates employees to always outperform on a daily basis because they feel safe at work. Because their engaged employees may form teams to assist with work supervision and production, management will have more time to focus on other critical issues(Badubi, 2017)

  2. the motivated employees haven't a word what is that "can't". They always work with the positive mined. it will help to avoid the internal weaknesses to provide the strength of the organization and face the threats and manage the opportunity in the external environment.
