01. INTRODUCTION OF EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION
Employee motivation is
defined as the amount of energy, effort, commitment, and creativity that an
employee gives to the organization on a daily basis.
The term "motivation"
comes from Latin "movere," which means "to move." All of
the definitions you'll find in books or the dictionary all point to the notion
that motivation is a behavior that must be channeled in order to reach desired
performance targets.
Motivation of employees is all about how
engaged and motivated an employee believes in connection to the company's
success.
There are two sorts of encouragement:
- Intrinsic and extrinsic motivation are different types of motivation.
Employees are more motivated, are an asset for
the organization and are directly promotional to its success.
Motivation is,
Ø intangible,
Ø hard to measure, and
Ø difficult to control.
but it
is very simple to facilitate if done right. It's all about commitment,
persistence, and commitment.
Motivation is that a person is very willing to do something successfully.
Employee motivation is the willingness of the employee to successfully complete the objectives of an organization.
Employee motivation is a positive sense of employee's mind.
The corporate environment and at the end of a successful task, the gifts are very helpful.
The person's mind can automatically motivate. Similarly, another person can produce it.

Performance, reaction to compensation, and other HR concerns are associated with motivation. Employee motivation features that motivation is an act of managers, a continuous process, can be positive or negative, goal oriented, complex in nature, system oriented and is different from job satisfaction.

Management is always concerned with finding ways to encourage people, regardless of whether the economy is growing or contracting. In contrast to one another, competing models emphasize either incentives or employee involvement (empowerment).

Whether the economy is growing or shrinking, finding ways to motivate employees should always be of management concern. Employee motivation can be affected problematic for small businesses. The impact of low employee motivation can be detrimental to small businesses. Such problems include apathy, lack of interest, and even widespread discouragement. Such attitudes can add up to crises.
